Since assuming operations in 2006, DIAL has transformed the airport into India’s largest aviation hub through large-scale brownfield expansion, including Terminal 3, additional runways, and integrated cargo infrastructure.

Alongside airport development, the company is building GMR Aerocity Delhi, a major airport-adjacent commercial district comprising hotels, offices, retail, and hospitality assets that support aviation-led urban growth.
