Mr. G. M. Rao - Chairman

G M Rao is the founder and Chairman of the GMR Group. He is a graduate in mechanical engineering from Andhra University, India. He was conferred with the honorary Doctor of Laws by York University, Toronto, Canada in 2011, the honorary Doctor of Letters by the Andhra University, India in 2010 and again honorary Doctor of Letters by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, India in 2005. He was a director on the Board of Vysya Bank for several years and also served as a non-executive chairman of ING Vysya Bank between October 2002 and January 2006. He is involved in apex level business decisions and external relations, senior leadership development, organization building initiatives.

Mr. G. B. S. Raju - Group Director, Vice-Chairman

Group Director, is the elder son of Mr. G.M. Rao and has been on the Company’s Board since 1999. He completed his bachelor’s degree in commerce from Vivekananda College, University of Madras, Chennai, in 1995. He began his career as the Managing Director of GMR Energy Limited and was responsible for setting up the 220 MW barge-mounted power plant. He steered the Company’s involvement in the roads sector, led Corporate Services including fund raising initiatives and spearheaded Company’s foray into international business. He is currently the Chairman of the Airport business.

Mr. Grandhi Kiran Kumar - Managing Director & CEO

Managing Director & CEO, a Graduate in Commerce, is the younger son of Mr. G.M. Rao and has been on the Company’s Board since 1999. He has successfully spearheaded the setting up of the greenfield Hyderabad International Airport and the development and modernization of Delhi International Airport, a major public-private partnership project. Earlier he headed the GMR Group’s Finance function and the Shared Services. Subsequently led Highways, Construction, SEZs and allied businesses (excluding Airports SEZ) and Sports. Currently he is overseeing Group Finance and Corporate Strategic Planning Department (CSPD) functions in addition to leading Sports business.

Mr. Srinivas Bommidala - Group Director

Mr. Srinivas Bommidala, a Group Director, is one of the first directors of the Company. He has been a member of the Board since 1996. He entered his family tobacco export business in 1982 and subsequently led the diversification into new businesses such as aerated water bottling plants, etc., and was also in charge of international marketing and management of the organisation. Subsequently, he led the team as the Managing Director of GMR Power Corporation Limited for setting up the first independent power project. This project with slow speed diesel technology is the world’s largest diesel engine power plant under one roof situated at Chennai in the southern part of India. He was also instrumental in implementing the combined cycle gas turbine power project in Andhra Pradesh. When the Government decided to modernise and restructure Delhi Airport under a public private partnership scheme in 2006, he became the first Managing Director of this venture and successfully handled the transition process from a public owned entity to a public private partnership enterprise. He is currently the Chairman of the energy business.

Mr. Indana Prabhakara Rao - Deputy Managing Director

Mr. Indana Prabhakara Rao carries professional experience of over 40 years of experience in various businesses. He holds first class Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Andhra University.

He joined GMR Group in 1995 and worked on various projects like the 200 MW Diesel engine power plant at Chennai, the 399.5 MW combined cycle power project for GMR Group at Vemagiri etc.

In the year 2006, he joined the Airports business for Modernization of IGI Airport. He led Delhi International Airport as a Chief Executive Officer from 2011-2018. Presently, he is a Deputy Managing Director in GMR Group looking after construction and expansion of various Airports and Heads Various Corporate Functions like P&C, Corporate BE, IT Steering Committee.

Mr. Philippe Pascal is currently the Executive Director - Finance, Strategy and Administration of Aéroports de Paris S.A. He began his career in the Directorate of Tax Legislation in which he held several positions between 1998 and 2007 in real estate taxation, agricultural tax and the taxation of persons. In 2007, he joined the Office of the Minister of State in charge of the budget, public accounts and public service and was appointed Inspecteur des Finances in April 2008. From 2008 to 2013, he took part in, then headed several missions in audit, evaluation and consulting within the Inspection Générale des Finances (the Finance Ministry audit division).

She is also the co-author of a textbook on International Economics and a regular contributor to international conferences and media.

Between 2017-2019, he served as a Vice President, Pricing, Investments, Risk & Credit for Boeing Capital Corporation, where he lead portfolio, investment and risk for Boeing Capital, a $3 billion portfolio of aircraft and other assets, while supporting Boeing commercial, defense, and services Customers. During 2009-2017, he held various key position in Boeing Group, such as, Executive Director, BGS Supply Chain for Boeing Global Services in 2017; Commercial Director, BCA Spare Parts/ Material Management for Boeing Commercial Airplanes between 2014-2017; and Managing Director, Strategy & Business Development for Services (and related roles) for Boeing Commercial Airplanes between 2009-2014.

Mr. Salil also has vast investing/investment banking experience, between 2006-2009, he worked with Goldman Sachs & Co., where he evaluated and executed investments in various sectors including infrastructure, aircraft leasing and services, alternative energy, industrial, and specialty financial sectors (equity, mezzanine, and structured investments) and achieved mid-teens and higher market-uncorrelated returns. Further, between 2001-2004, he also worked with Citigroup, where he worked on a number of strategic advisory assignments, including billions of dollars in structured aircraft financings for Southwest Airlines, American Airlines, Northwest Airlines, and Embraer (plus the Global 2001 Bond of the Year for Delta Air Lines).

He was in charge of the ground handling service from 2005 to 2008, and was responsible for the operation of Terminals 2E/2F/2G at Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport from 2008 to 2010. Régis Lacote was Director of Airport Operations at Paris-Orly Airport from 2010 to 2011, and Director of Aeronautical Areas at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport from 2012 to 2018.

In February 2018, he became Director of Paris-Orly Airport, then, in November 2020, Director of Operations of GMR Airports in India. Régis Lacote was appointed Director of Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport, and member of the ADP Executive Committee, as of November 14, 2022. On 14 March 2025, he was also appointed Executive Vice President in charge of operations and Innovation - Managing Director of Paris Charles de Gaulle airport and a member of the General Management Committee.

He is also a member of the Executive Committee of Hologarde and a full member of the Executive Committee of Cargo Community System France (CCS France). He is a Knight of the National Order of Merit.

Mr. Matthieu Daubert, aged about 53 years, is a graduate of the French business school HEC.

Mr. Daubert started his career in strategy consulting in London in 1995. In 1996, he joined Le Bon Marché in Paris, where he held successive positions in the sales, purchasing and organisation departments. From 2002 to 2007, he worked at the Printemps central purchasing office as a collections manager. In April 2007, Matthieu Daubert joined Groupe ADP as Head of the Retail Division's product offering.
